It's been, what, two months since I uploaded anything? This was actually ready prior to the may meltdown but I couldn't be fucked to do the swatch and then things went to poo.
This little number is a very basic underdress / shirt which can be paired with bottom only dreses (See above) or skirts (see below). It doesn't actually have a skirt of it's own, it just sort of clings to the legs, but that really shouldn't be a problem when you're sticking a full length skirt over the top.
It comes in 21 various neutral colours including my own blends, Curious B's any colour you like yellows, grays and pinks as well as poppets white (labeled "poppet" on the swatch and on the file) and a handful of Pooklet's naturals. They work with high waisted and low waisted skirts.They also like watching the sun rise and long walks on the beach with the dog.
