I had a nice "Elegand Tea Party" with my good friend Jenn Miller today, we had a long talk about a lot of things and had some super yummy tea.
Jenn recently (about 3 months ago) moved to Townsend with her husband Larry, both of them I grew up with, it's about a 30 minute bike ride from my house. I am super excited that they live so close...it's good to have friends down this way that are not Jeremy's friends. Not to sound like a turd or anything, but it's nice to see people that I grew up with :)
Don't worry jonbonjewvi, I haven't forgotten about you, I *will* come spend time with you when I can swing it ^_^
Jenn and I drank tea for about 5 hours today, she had some yummy flower bloom tea buds that she has had for 2 years and never drank, and I brought some of my Strawberry Oolong tea for her to try.
We talked about a lot of things, including my situation with Jeremy. She helped me see that I really need to put my foot down and get him to talk to me, he really needs to see what this is doing to me. I know that I was really withdrawn for a while after my Mom passed away and I can understand him being the same way after his Grandmother passed (they were very very close), but I just don't know how much more I can take.
On a bright side, we did commit to seeing each other a bit more, so that's good. Jenn and Larry have always been good friends to me, I always enjoy seeing them. I guess it's finally time to turn in. I am off tomorrow and Saturday, probably going to spend the time cleaning the house.
