Xander-kitty needs his own laptop!
Driving to my D&D game last night I called up Knox. I wanted to remind him to bring his guitar for Rockband and perhaps mildly bitch about how nice it must be to have all sorts of wireless instruments as I had just packed up all of mine and it was cords everywhere. I had briefly considered telling him to bring his set but that I would still bring my Xbox since I have a much better set of song selections thank you!
And then:
Knox: Hey, your cat is calling me.
Me: *confused* Wait, what?
Knox: Your cat is calling me on gmail.
Me: *realizing I left the laptop on and that Xander-kitty considers it a lovely heating pad* That's got to be Xander. Oh, you mean he's instant messaging you?
Knox: No. Well he's doing that too, but he's currently trying to call me.
Me: How in the heck?
Knox: I disconnected but he keeps calling back.
Me: *sigh* Tell him to get his bum off my laptop!
Knox: *through the phone* GET OFF THE LAPTOP!
I get home later that night to find Xander innocently curled up next to it.
And this on my laptop:

Not to mention 2 emails to Knox saved to my drafts folder & another currently open.
Pretty impressive since I had actually shut down my firefox I just forgot to shut the laptop.
I think I need to get him his own computer since I'll often see him chatting online.
I've even come home once or twice to find a chat transcript between him & Angel. Which usually involves Angel responding with "Hi Xander, how's it going?"
And once he even decided to email the EOS board. I'm thinking maybe he wanted to make a character?
One of these days I full expect to see him logged into steam and playing Left 4 Dead 2. And doing better at it than me!
