My "We don't need no stinkin' Bahamas!" weekend with Anya
I'll bullet point it to the best of my ability.
o Finally after many years of failed attempts able to make it up to Boston Commons for "Shakespeare in the Park" with Anya. Oh there were a few others there including Doyle which made for a huge mess of food and conversation. We saw Midsummer Night's Dream. Interesting interpretation and I laughed my ass off or more accurately had tears streaming from my eyes because of the "players" characters. Hmmm could also be because Anya was there. Anya in vicinity = tears.
o Drinks at a hotel bar with Amber, or Emerald, or Jade... or whatever you want her name to be ;)
o Spider-man band-aid means love.
o Saturday our adventure involved going into Salem. I haven't been there in quite while just to walk around in the shops.
o We bought some jewelry (Turtle means longevity or so I've been told).
o Had ice cream.
o Went to a craft fair.
o Got torrentially rained upon.
o Hid under a tent.
o One with a nice woman who was doing tattoos.
o Got tattoos.
o Okay, fine, they were Henna, but it's a start. I couldn't find anything I really liked and so I drew out a phoenix. Laugh all you want. It was mine first!! Thpt!!!!!! :)
o Went to a Seafood restaurant, where Anya and I ordered nothing but seafood appetizers. Mmmmmm.
o Bought Anya a gift as she insisted upon buying almost everything for me as it was my Birthday weekend. You know I can't lie, I'm loving this it's all about me Birthday thing.
o We planned to top off our evening seeing Harry Potter (yes, again) in 3D IMAX.
o At a Jordan's furniture store.
o !?!?
o A furniture store with an IMAX theater.
o And a trapeze!
o No, I can't make this stuff up.
o Yes, I went on the trapeze.
o It was awesome!!!
o I can't lie, it was scary too. But awesome totally won out!
o I have pictures and Anya took video of it on my camera.
o And I loves her forever for buying me 3 swings on a trapeze.
o No, I'm not that graceful, but it was amazingly awesome, and I look almost graceful!!!:)

o Then we saw The Order of the Phoenix.
o Then back to her home for more ice cream and conversation.
o Sunday involved sleeping in and then reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows (long story short Anya had two copies and she gave me one) so we sat and read and as she was further ahead of me I could yell at her when I hit certain points in chapters. She on the other hand made gasps and would make note of what chapters I needed to get to that she referenced.
o She finished the book in tears. Apparently we can't read together without crying happening too.
o I'm about 1/3 through.
o Then she went to go see the Police with her sister and I decided to go visit Angel as he's on my way home.
o More surprise as Kennedy was up there visiting at the time.
o While Angel fixed her computer we laughed at the comedic antics of his room mates.
o Oh and apparently Angel has proved love for me as he got me Shiny pointy sharpy toy! See people, when I say you need to buy me things to prove your love I am kidding. However, it doesn't mean I won't accept with much glee the said item!:)
o Yes, I'm selfish. This is not new.
