I love that three of the four of them in the hero walk have their collars unbuttoned and then there's Ronnie and his tie.

I blame Alesha for James' sudden aversion to his tie unless he's talking to clients or fellow lawyers not in his office. Because he's been pretty much buttoned up for two seasons, then suddenly (after asking Alesha out on a date in Love & Loss) he's happily walking around with one or even TWO shirt buttons undone and no sign of his tie. *smirks*
