And despite a text msg from a very good friend .. I went to send out cards and got caught up worrying about and chasing up the kids because the stupid schools didn't let out early enough and the kids were caught in a major snow storm and all of them almost got in accidents on the way home from school and Caity was almost 2 hours late ...
Gotta love the school board, woman answering the phone actually copped an attitude that I was pissed and wanted to lodge a formal complaint that they didn't let out at lunchtime when the snow started instead of waiting 2 freaking hours ...

The company we use to process credit cards last week out of the blue charged us this weird one time fee of $163 out of the blue (keep in mind we pay $10 a month for the service) ... no authorization, just this charge ... took me 2 days to get through and a whole heap of arguing to get the money back and I said I was cancelling the service. Today the money is back in the account and I spend an hour trying to get through on the phone to them to cancel (they wouldn't do it last week because of the refund) 80 minutes later and finally trying an alternative line to the customer service, I get through to some bitch manager who decides to get a smart mouth and tell me I don't know what I'm talking about when she tries to say I'm going to be charged $195 cancellation fee ...
She says we signed a 3 year contract 1 year ago .. I said we didn't, then she pulls up the wrong account and tries to say I"m wrong again, then realises she has the wrong account ... then suddenly she all polite and apologising when I prove her wrong ...
Needless to say, 3 phone calls later the account is cancelled and we owe nothing ... she finally realised I never signed shit ... and they legally cannot hold us to dick!
I love being right ... at least she was nice at the end of it .. but shit, do they need to be assholes in the first place
Anyway drinking homemade fresh fruit strawberry/raspberry wine/sprite cooler and venting .. just ignore ... feeling so much better now
