I am having the strangest day.
Elly and I were at the Marigny Perks playing Scrabble and sipping mochas when we saw a deranged woman bite her dog on the ear to punish it for barking.
What is the matter with people?
Elly, being the animal rescue person that she is, read the woman the riot act.
Here is one of the few cases where you have to hope the dog will eventually turn on its owner.
