louise39 status # 3
Hello All,
Today was a disappointing day for Louise. We were informed at about 8 AM that
she would be discharged this afternoon and at about noon my son and I hustled over with clothing, etc., to pick her up.
Upon our arrival she was speaking with one of the doctors, who was explaining the need for an MRI to rule out a potential problem. Better late than never, I suppose, but it was tough on Louise.
It is now 7:30PM here and the MRI is still outstanding. They do 24/7 MRI's so it could be in the wee, small hours before it is done and several more hours before it is interpreted.
I will post an update tomorrow regardless of the status; hopefully she will be home. Thank you all for your notes; they really helped her during a most difficult time. Best wishes,
