What's the tale, nightingale?
I am so incredibly happy.
CONTRACT IS OVER!!!! *cough*tilnextsemester*cough*
It was a really good exam. One of the questions was really similar to a past exam one I'd done the night before (yay for study!) And in neither question did I get half way through and then realise I (a) had got it all wrong or (b) had no idea where it was going.
Aaaaah, good times.
Mum picked me up, and on the way home we had a big 1080 6ix song-fest with "I'm Gonna Love You A Little Bit More", "Walk Right In" by Dr. Hook and "Crimson and Clover". It was really nice, I've been a bit stressed around the house and I've probably been taking it out on her a bit, so it was nice to have a bit of a sing together. It's crazy, I know so many old songs. I think it's because she used to sing and play records all the time when I was little. ALL the time. I love all those old songs now.
Plus I got to see my friends Heather and Jenny who I haven't seen for aaaaages, and I found Emily who I haven't seen in even longer, and got her number so we can have lovely lunches together next semester. I lost my CP contact list and have hardly anybody's contact details. I am sure this will prove incredibly frustrating when my 18th comes around next semester. I'm really looking forward to next semester. New units (and only four!) and a nice timetable with 2x 3pm finishes and Fridays off!
So tomorrow morning I have Management & Organisations, and then Wednesday morning I have German. I'm really really not stressed about German. It's only worth 20%, and it's just grammar which is easy, and I love German anyway. And after German I have 4 1/2 days until my next exam! I am definitely having Wednesday night off. I might watch my old Black Books DVDs in preparation for....
SERIES 3 STARTING ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT!!!!
Aaaaah, life is good. Despite exams. Or maybe even because of them - making every break, every lunch, every TV show, every messenger conversation and every glimmer of excitement about the holidays so so so much better.
