OH EM GEE BIONIC WOMAN HIYA THERE BEING NIMUEH~! I miss that show, it was actually a half-way decent remake of the original. Was it getting picked up? Anybody know?Canceled? Really? Bummer D:
I love all these great female villains. Half the fun of Arthurian literature was the damn near swarm of female characters that were scorned by these epic male 'heroes' who then turned dark side in order to get revenge. Certainly this show goes far and wide beyond revisionist histories but still they manage to create characters that I've greatly enjoyed throughout thus far. Eve Myles played a stellar -underused perhaps but still great- villain in the pilot, it was nice seeing her flex her evil muscles and use her OMG Gwen eyes for other reasons~! I was still waiting for her 'NOHHHH JAHCK!' sort of voice but its good to see that's not a one-note acting style GO FLEXY EVE MYLES! She's awesome~
On a more silly fannish tangent, how many slash vidders will be happy with all the writhing, sweaty Merlin scenes in episode four? All the 'fasters' and 'Arthur!'s there!! WHERE DOES ONE FIND THE FANDOM LINKS, DOES ANYONE KNOW? HOOK A BUDDY UP!! Please? ^______^ *will most likely stalk lj later for proper comms anyway*
