Dear LJ,
So a santero rushing to feed his palomas cut me off..
I hit him..
His car flipped and I crashed into a pole..
He crawled out of his car and I banged up my knee..
We both got out with minor cuts & bruises..
But both our cars are total losses..
I've been bummed because I miss my car so dearly and I had just gotten it back..
My mother and I were worried we wouldn't get a good amount of $$ for the car..
BUT..
The insurance lady came by last night..
and awarded me with $600!!!
$500 for my bruised knee and $100 for missing work..
My case is still open until March so that I can get my back and neck checked..
They wil probaly give me more money to settle..
She then gave my mom $10,800 for my car..
$1,800 more than what she paid for it!

I leave the 21st to Jersey..
and I can't wait to have a white christmas!!
Just when things look down..
