Hooters
So today was Kasie and my day off. I didn't sleep in, actually, and got up at 9am. I made scrambled eggs for Kasie and myself, then we made a list of all the things we wanted to get done today. We've been meaning to go to Cingular sometime soon in order to add her to my plan, but there's going to be a lot involved with her keeping her number, so we've postponed it... even through today ;-P.
So we got our Moms Mother's Day cards, then returned some movies. Blockbuster Total Access is da bomb by the way. Not only can you turn them in to the store, but I just got "The Snack Deal" card. Every time you return one of your 'mailed' movies in store, you get a free candy, popcorn, or drink $1.99 or less. That's a two liter, or raisinets... you get the picture.
Anyways, so we went to Wal Mart to get Kasie's oil changed, and while there I got some new clothes. I got a couple polo's (which I haven't ever really had... they look nice), a couple shorts for the summer, and a Dickies reversible belt. Then, while I was getting my hair cut, Kasie returned all our cans and bottles for $7.95. Woo hoo!
Afterwards we went to Hooters for our friend's, Katie, boyfriend's birthday. No, we didn't know him - but damn it, we were invited and we went! Lol. The wings were pretty good, but (of course) there had to be some drama. Aside from them apparently always arguing - Katie's boyfriend, Kyle, apparently didn't want her to do anything for his birthday. Oh darn! Your girlfriend gave you a surprise get together at Hooters.
He was promised a strip club, and when his blind fold was taken off in front of the table, he didn't look surprised OR happy in any way. One of the first things he said was, "You owe me a trip to the strip club!" He ignored Katie awkwardly for the rest of the night, then finished it off by hitting on the waitress and asking for her work schedule....... we rode back with her, that's how I acquired all that information.
Anyways, today was a nice day.
