*sigh like I'm tired... cuz I am*
I woke up today feeling pretty darn tired. I stayed up til about 4am talking with my brother. I got up around 6:45am to make it to Jazz Band. If you didn't know, I'd helped out a lot during band camp and hope to be very involved as this year progresses. On with Jazz, we have a bunch of kids in it, wow. Most are alto's and percussion though :-P. There will finally be auditions to play parts (and perform) - yay.
I'm working a good amount again. We're all giong to be getting raises in September; the whole company. I need the money. I'm getting by, but paying for the Sigma Nu dues I apparently still have, insurance, loan, credit card, ring, you name it... it's enough to make a pay check not even exist. OH, but my brakes on my car now work. Chris and I fixed up a few things, and now it works even more. I say even more because damn, my car still needs a lot of work.
After work today, Kasie and I made a payment at Shane Co, then went by the mall to get her a purse and me new shoes. Mine totally fell apart. I got some new ones; they're rather cool. But, of course, Kasie got some shoes too. She loves shoes and says you can never have too many. I beg to differ, but hey -- whatever tickles your pickle I suppose.
When we left the mall, we had dinner at a place I think is called "The Island." It's a burger place basically. It was pretty good, but since I'm a picky eater, I give it about a 7.3 in taste. Kasie would give it a 9, but remember, I'm picky.
Tomorrow I get to wake up early again. I'm so thrilled?
