Yay! I have a stalker.
So last friday, Rnee', who is the webmistress for the renfest performer's site, received this email:
Could you PLEASE send me a picture of Ron, who Plays El Gato, he was SO incredible as the King of Spain, I can't wait to see him as El Gato!

So faire hasn't even opened yet and I have a stalker. I suppose it's flattering in a way. I remember that Solito had a whole group of, well, I guess you'd call them 'groupies', that would come to faire wearing t-shirts with his picture on the front.
I'm trying to think of any female patrons I saw repeatedly. There's the "snakelady", but she came to the feast so she's already met El Gato. There's the mother and daughter who would stop us almost every day to be "schticked at" (to borrow a phrase from Gareth). I say that because they would pretty much just smile and nod at everything we said, so it could hardly be called an interaction. As I recall, seems like they were more interested in the Queen than me. There is that dark-haired woman, who must have been a Royal Pass holder, because I remember first seeing her at media party. I saw her almost everyday, but I rarely spoke to her after about the 3rd weekend. I'm also pretty sure she always came to the hanging scene too.
So, yeah. A little creepy, but probably hopefully harmless.
