You know what bugs me? RBI stands for Runs Batted In. So, if a deer is a deer and 2 mooses are 2 moose then why are 37 Runs Batted In (RBI) pronounced 37 RBIs? "So and so has knocked in 839,038,278 RBIs this season."
That's stupid to me. They are runs batted in. So you have one "run batted in" then 2 "runs batted in" and so on. You don't have one "run batted in" then 2 "runs batted ins". We need to make a stand so that the correct pronunciation of RBI is used worldwide! RBIs unite!!
