frisbee tournament this weekend was poo. 7 hours there. 7 hours back. i played 20 minutes of ultimate before injuring my heel. the doctor says it may be broken.

going to get xrays.

Crap-tacular. In a really bad way. Boo to frisbee injuries. Was it the Knox tourney? That's one more point for gyms/rec centers/field houses in their never quest to break Lou. Boo!
