I had a somewhat scary experience yesterday.
I was brushing my hair (shocking, I know!) and I turned my head to the side, and then I was on the floor in the hallway screaming in agony.
a violent and intense pain shot up from shoulder to ear on the right side of my body (the same side of my neck that was suffering from whiplash after the car accident) and basically brought me to my knees. (my own desire to be still with my head straight is how I ended up laying on the floor). It was among the more painful things I've experienced. After laying on the floor crying out for several minutes, my brother helped me up and I tried to keep my head straight so the pain would subside, and by the end of the day it almost disappeared entirely. This morning, my neck still feels a little tense, but at least I can move it.
But that, coupled with the unusual cramps I've been getting for the last month, kinda leads me to believe I didn't walk away from that accident as intact and ok as my stubborn ass claimed.
