Tiny LJ post shall be tiny:
1) Wedding thing- People who bought thing from Target. After recieving a tip from a friend, apparently the registrey on the Target website is listing that EVERYTHING is still available for purchase for my wedding, which is not that case. I havent been able to check out the registrey in-store, so I'm not sure if that applies for in store print outs as well, but please, if you bought from Target, make sure you give us a gift receipt in the event that we get doubles. ((Although multiple PS3s are not a problem.
2) Speaking of gift giving. Several people have gotten this idea in their head, so let me address this now. YOU ARE NOT EXPECTED TO COVER BOTH THE COST OF YOUR SEAT AND GIVE US A GIFT! GIFT=COST. YOU ONLY DO THAT, PROBLEM SOLVED!
3) VY-working tomorrow until 5 it seems at this point, so I'll probably mooch a ride down to PPB with you after work.
4) Props to Xais, Manga Chris, Ben, StS and Sean Kelly. Just coz. Good people they are.
5) Home internets get. Sorta. Apparently there are 2 unsecure signals in my bedroom. Ive been online the last nice, enjoying pictures of ladies in various stages of undress, as well XBL. This makes for a happy CHris.
6) I usually hate most fantasy stuffs, but god, Claymore is fantastic. I encourage all of my female friends to cosplay it, because I cannot.
7) Mario did his Gundam tribute post earlier in the week. Here's mine.
- Wing was fun but not great.
- Original looks like ass, despite Char being awesome. No desire to go back to it.
- MS08th is still the best OVA to date, Stardust comes in at a hot-blooded 2nd.
- War in the Pocket is BAWWW fuel.
- I wanna say I hated SD Gundam, but then I remember Zaku Zaku. I am torn.
- Zeta is great. Not the best. But better than Wing.
- Char's Counterattack needs to be about a hour shorter, or 3X more awesome.
- G-gundam sucks, but it is kinda fun.
- SEED will probably mean more to me than any other series, for all the Gundam-Fundam I had with Carrie, Mario, Jazz, Ken and the rest of G-G-G-G-G-G-UNIT!. I liked it a whole bunch, despite Destiny being crap.
- F-91 was sure.....F-91.
- GOO is overrated, but good. Stupid Sexy Lockon.
8) Passover started last night, so I'm sure...something....Jewish...is happening. Easter is Sunday, and I have a promise to keep to someone's husband to keep a certain tradition going.
