so apparently I'm now old enough...
for people to start lying about my age for me...
So yesterday, at work, I was filling out paperwork for someone, and she says, 'today's the 21st, right?' and I said, 'yep, cause tomorrow's my birthday!', and she responds with, 'ah. turning 21 again?' and i was like, 'um, yeah!'
i didn't say, 'yeah, i'm only 23', cause i probably would have gotten glared at. I find it amusing that even though I don't think i'm old enough to worry about how old i AM, that other people are worried about it and that i might be offended if they guess how old I REALLY am. it just makes me laugh...at society in general.
