• Ive crossed out a good chunk of my summer to-do list, minus some of the more impossible ones (belting "California" seemed cool at that time, and I realized how bad I am with video games, especially since Pokemon had taken over my DS time). It feels awesome--what have I been doing all of June?? I feel like I wasted half my summer doing nothing, and its almost over. :(
• Ive been shopping so much this summer, which felt awesome, especially since I spent most of my life either without my own real spending money, or in college just not shopping for myself. It feels so good buying stuff for yourself when you're so used to either making do with very little, or saving in order to spend on stupid things, like, say, a bad boyfriend. My finances are in order, though, so dont worry about that.
• My job's been awesome. I dont know how I got off being shitty with kids before this, but even though theyre disobedient and rowdy and sometimes just straight up dumb, I adore them, and my job makes me unusually happy and fulfilled despite the early hours, the dress code, and the minimum wage. Call me fucking crazy, cuz I guess I am.
• But I have NOT been getting enough sleep with all the shit Ive been doing and all the times I had to wake up early. Bleh.
