summer so far...
it's been pretty laid back.
mr. saulster e-mailed me in desperate need of help. cheap labor!! lol i kid. i didnt mind anyway. it was like giving back to the community. besides the unbearable heat, work was fun. he occassionally paid for my lunch/snacks. that compensated for the cheap labor muahahahah!! plus i got to see the staff members uncensored. when they are stressed they are hilarious!!! gossip gossip and more gossip. we looked up slang for different cultures because of random jokes like "you got more chins than a chinese dictionary". i never found it funny but they led to hilarious conversations. i enjoyed seeing the behind the scenes action before events like mock trial. i was there to do the petty paper work which meant i was there to make saulster "look" prepared teehee~
the lease for the brooklyn office was over last friday. the rising seniors and i cleaned up the whole place! note to self: never wear sweats and a t-shirt when doing extrenuous work. you sweat like a mofo!!! since saulster brought his daughter+niece (and they love me), i was a mover/babysitter. tough day!! i also grabbed some stuff that they were gonna throw out. I AM FRUGAL AS HELL!! but i love it
plus some distant cousins of mine moved upstairs to the vacant apartment cuz their apartment set fire twice in three years. it was an emergency. that aside, their 8year daughter does nothing but pester me. oh my god, i have never been more annoyed. i LOVE kids! and they love me but when they get annoying that's a problem. i've babysat lots of em and this one wont stop. she croaks like a frog when shes bored. then when i ask her to stop she says i didnt do it!!! aigoooooo that's only one of many other things which include snapping+popping gum and asking tons of unnecessary questions. so i ditched her today to play with my 15 month old cousin. he is a doll. MUAHAHHAH
oh yeah im back on my anime grind after 3 years of abandoning it. during my sophomore year i realized i spent more time on anime than studies so i chucked it out the window. somewhere in between that and 2007, i got hooked on kpop but that didnt eat up my time. now i have so much free time, i just picked up (or dumped) the old anime. FMA brotherhood is pretty good so far. im just really bummed that it's a remake using an alternative root. CANAAN is hawtness. its reminiscent of maihime cuz i am a SUCKER for female action... uhh not sexually but you get what i mean. females who can fight with weapons/special powers/own fists are my heroes! so far i havent been disappointed, animation or plot wise. princess lover is pretty cute. its pretty cliche at the moment but the animation and protagonist caught my eye. i will not finish naruto cuz im tired of all the shounen-ness and DATTEBAYO and ramen and non existent couplings!! i did continue bleach!! the amagai/kasumi ooji arch was pretty good and at the same time very random. the issue was done and cleaned up pretty quickly. 3rd captain replacement->suspicious 3rd seat->everything goes according to ichigo->3rd captain is actually the villain-> he's dumb so hes does all that for nnothing->suicides. boooo!! thank god we're back to the arrancar/espada arch!
