Daisy, being very depressed, will be in her room for a while, in bed. She won't be attending classes or anything, because, basically, she has no idea how to deal with her emotions at this point. She may get up and walk around a bit, because, being Daisy, she can't stay in one place for too long. But if she doesn't, you're going to have to bug her about getting up and about.
If your characters want to speak to her, you can decide how to go about it, whether through her journals, knocking on her door, whatever you like.
In the meantime, I'll be focusing on Syrup. She needs more activity.
