New additions...
I was putting off making this entry as I felt guilty. After losing Loopy and Ozzy so quickly and recently, I had planned to get a companion for Fraggle but wanted to give myself some time.
I went to pick up some cat litter and had to walk past the rabbits. All of a sudden there was a scuffling and one of the rabbits had run across to where I was walking and was on his back legs watching me. When I moved, he followed. I stood watching for a while and couldn't believe what a spritely fellow he was. He was in with another bunny who was sleeping in a tube. I had always vowed to never buy from a pet shop and after careful research and advice was going to see a reputable breeder for my next little friend. However, I was smitten and I felt compelled to have them. I decided to buy the two rather than to leave his sleeping companion behind! I believe they are both boys but I'm not too sure on the sex and will get checked by a vet to be sure on Monday. They are seemingly identical although one is more outgoing that the other. They seem very laid back and haven't been scared by Fraggle sitting beside them outside their hutch.
They are using their litter tray and eating lots of hay. They seem to be healthy and I am keeping everything crossed that I'll have few health issues with them.
I'm not sure of their breed, any ideas? I also haven't got names as yet. So far I'm thinking of Jack and Will, Chandler and Joey or Frasier and Niles. All suggestions are welcome!
