Flat and Working and Italy

Sooo....I've bought a flat in Glasgow!!! Well, my parents have, but I haved to buy all my own furniture and money I have left is going back into the flat itself. I will hopefully earn a few pennies when I go to sell it in a few years time :P I'm so ridiculously excited about it. It's a new build, just off High Street and near the Merchant City, but it's lovely and quiet. The builders have said that it'll be ready on 11th July, but that was strange them giving us such an exact date, so I'm gonna have to take that with a pinch of salt. I keep having dreams about it. Pretty sad, lol. These photos are of a flat that is exactly the same as mine will be, and were taken before I came home for the summer.

Please please please don't hesitate to come and stay with me if you're in Glasgow, no matter how random you think it would be to ask me. Would be a pleasure to have you! (It's only people I know from school that read this journal of mine, so the previous sentence isn't as random as it sounds :P)

I was in Italy for a week there and it was great. I didn't get much of a tan because we were doing so much sightseeing, but I didn't mind too much. My hands are brown at least :P

I went up the Leaning Tower of Pisa which really is the silliest looking piece of architecture ever, but it's class. I don't really have much to talk about Italy-wise other than to say that Tuscany is a beautiful part of the world and old Italian cities are lovely to walk around. The place we were staying was gorgeous. It was a renovated farm house thing, with a pool and horses running around and bales of hay and pointy Italian trees. Stunning.

Jordan and I on one of the bales of hay, lol.

I'll get round to putting photos up on flickr methinks. www.flickr.com/photos/loulabelle for furture reference.

OI, EVERYONE!! Get flickr.

I'll update more when I remember interesting things :P
