i love christmas. tim converted me into a total christmas person. i love everything about it.
i'm excited about this christmas, because we'll be lazing and drinking champagne and eating prawnsies: all the things i love the most.
i'm working heaps at the moment, but it's actually good because i don't hate it and the shifts go fast and it's earning me money. i'm still not very good at being paid fortnightly, though. i tend to spend all of my money in the first week.
i'm house-sitting my aunty's house at the moment, which is kind of shit because it's not the best of houses. they don't even have a saucepan or a colander. it's strange how a family of five can inhabit such an unliveable house.
it's also good because richie and i can laze around with the house to ourselves. and it's much closer to work than cheltenham.
lawrence and alex and dennis and kerry came and visited last week, which was awesome. their new band, eucalpt, were rad. they played a show at john's and then a carpark show. i have some photos, but i need to load them up at my house. anyway, that was fun. we didn't really get to hang out much because it was such a whirlwind visit and the boys had driven so they were pretty exhausted.
enrolment for uni opens at midnight tonight. i know i sound like a nerd, but all the other law students are nerdier and will get on the internet probably before me and fill up the quota of the one subject i really want to do, probably. so i'm in a bit of a panic. i really really want to do law and medicine, because it's pretty much one of the only law subject areas that really interests me. if i don't get in i'm going to be SHATTERED.
i best go. i have to shower and go to work.
