Okay, so instead of being good and doing work I did more poetry. : ( ... : ) And I totally found (most of) my portfolio! Yay! I sent it to my Zen class and found it in my folder. Unfotunately it turns out I sent them the wrong version, so some crap was missing. Oh well. Anyways, when I made the portfolio I stole Royal Chai-ness's Dictionary of Intermediate Japanese Grammer and made this poem for class, and since I'm in japan I thought I'd post it here for the first time for kicks. Probably the formatting won't come out so well though. The whole thing comes from example sentences (though I took liberties with the pronouns), both examples of what not to do and examples that make sense. Don't worry about the Japanese part if you can't read it, it's all the same and the interaction between the languages ends up pretty visually obvious. It's kinda okay on the page, but I tried reading this thing aloud one time with both sections, and damn that was a mistake.
