hai mươi tám ❀| but the darkness has a hunger; it offers you blood for wild blood

Dec 25, 2010 14:43

[The day wears on, and long streaks of golden light are starting to settle across Mayfield as the sun begins to set. Downtown, there's someone casting a long shadow as they walk slowly down the street. It's a young woman; she's dragging something large and unwieldy. Whatever it is, it's leaving a long, dark smear on the road as it's pulled along- a ( Read more... )

((OOC: CRYING

Will fight back. Possibly summon her horse loli hydraulic laser-shooting vampire staker. I WILL PM OR PLURK YOU OR SOMETHING IF THIS EVER SPIRALS OUT OF HAND /holds face

oh also permission to injure but let's keep it non-lethal for now? ;w;))

[She's already in her nun robes because Christmas has become a field day for baw and dead bodies. She was a Burial Agent, but to have the "Burial" part taken so literally...

Well it was the least that she could do. If people can't detach themselves from fake limbs and corpses of people they know, she'll have to dispose of the remains whenever she can herself.

so

my face when

someone i know is pinging the Executor's senses HARD

smells of BLOOD

and feels like a VAMPIRE

oh

oh

gdit Mayfield.]

...Miss Sen.

[A tiny smile of greeting, as she addresses the other woman from a dozen feet away. She's say more, but if Vietnam was bloodied like that and not from her own blood, then even ignoring her supernatural senses, what else is to add when a heretic killer comes across a scene as such?

Is it even worth trying to reason? ...She's already being too lenient, just giving that a shot in the first place. Though while she looks relaxed, she's fully ready to summon her Black Keys or move out of the way, whatever necessary, and whenever required.]

[Well, this is going to have a pretty negative impact on their friendship, isn't it? Aah...

She's still standing above the body, and looks over her shoulder when Ciel greets her.] Chào chị Ciel. ['Hello, Ciel'.]

[ooc; HEY HEY YOU just add me up on Plurk and we can talk it over? *u* Also yeah, go ahead and try to beat the shit out of her and I'll keep it non-lethal too ;^;]

[WELLLLLLLLL

It's Mayfield. :V She'll understand if you do too? /)__(\]

Good day to you, too. That's an awful mess... Did you receive something twisted for Christmas, too?

((OOC: YES MA'AM but ffff- I am at my parents' for Christmas dinner and I cannot wait to GO BACK HOME IN FRONT OF MY OWN COMP, so everything will be sporadic until then. But will do! o7))

Actually, I got exactly what I asked for. I didn't expect it like this, but it's really just what I wanted... [She nudges the man's corpse with her foot.] But I'm still so hungry...

[ooc; OKAY YES you've got it ;u; I know it's super busy today lmfao sjgkldfg...]

You're also okay with how it's been delivered to you? Would you remember how many you've had already, and among that, how many were actual people?

[She doesn't move from where she stands, and the smile widens - but the air has definitely become even more unsettling, if it wasn't already so before.]

That depends. [her eyes light up, and she points at the drone.] Would you call this a person?

Reply

expiatrice December 26 2010, 05:07:33 UTC
I would not. Drones don't have a soul, after all. I'm talking about those who still have a conscience, and know that they don't belong in this town. [:V]

Like you, chị? [takes

[not moving] Ah, no. I'm myself, and I'm afraid that if you keep walking, you may end up doing something that you'll regret, miss Sen. We've talked about this before, haven't we?

What if it was miss Taiwan that you ran into, or someone else close to you?

Reply

lotuslife December 26 2010, 07:09:42 UTC
Did we? [she doesn't look like she cares- either about doing something she regrets or about Taiwan.] It doesn't make a difference.

So it really took over your mind.

We really don't have any choice, do we? If that's how things are, then I don't think that I can apologize. Even if it's the town's fault, I can't let you go like this either.

[She pulls out three keys in each hand, gripping them like claws.]

It won't be easy, you're aware?

Aah... I'd feel bad about it, but I'm really hungry, and if someone got in my way... It's not my fault. [She watches as Ciel arms herself, waving her fingers dismissively.]

Do you have your powers back, chị?

It's not. I hope that we can speak again, after all this is over. It just would be troublesome for everyone, if you do something now that you may regret later.

I've had them for a while now. Healing is handy for support, but I still excel in exorcism. Looks like I'll need it, too. [There isn't much in ways of hostility. Just... someone tending to a chore, more like.

They both understand, don't they?]

lotuslife December 27 2010, 05:19:00 UTC
Exorcism? Are you making fun of me? [Vietnam gives a little laugh, but she doesn't wait for Ciel to respond. Instead, she moves to tackle the other girl. She's shockingly fast, and the force of the tackle- if Ciel can't dodge it- will be almost like getting hit by a car.]

[OH SNAP yeah that's Dead Apostle Ancestor caliber force alright--

She leaps up and lands on top of the lamppost nearby, as the six Keys are flung like bullets to where Vietnam would have presumably stopped, ahead and behind in a line, each with enough strength to make a small crater on the concrete. If Vietnam looks back up, she has also already reloaded.]

Not at all. "Seal" is sometimes used as a synonym to "kill"; does that make more sense?

[she barely comes to a stop, whirling around on her heel, and narrows her eyes at the keys buried in the asphalt.]

...Ah. Now I understand. You're a good person after all, Ciel.
