Downtown, there's someone casting a long shadow as they walk slowly down the street. It's a young woman; she's dragging something large and unwieldy. if vietnam is covered in blood or not, it's not something she can tell in the blood soaked reality she's been living in all morning. but vietnam still manages to catch diva's attention, and when she does is unable to help tilting her head softly to the side. ]
Ah, how familiar...
[ even without being a chiropteran anymore, or having an ounce of her abilities. something at her very core drew her to the other woman, and she couldn't begin to understand just why. ]
[ ooc: i'd rather avoid death with her, or ending up with any missing limbs. but inflicting damage on her, (throwing around, inflicting deep cuts, etc.) is a-okay. ]

But there's someone already there, sitting on the porch, and Vietnam stops in front of her, staring down at her with narrowed eyes.]

although a questioning sort of look comes over her as the other's eyes narrow. the silence following vietnam's question only broken as she rips the doll's arm out of it's joint. ]
I live here.

'I live here.'
she leans down, hands on her knees, and suddenly smiles.]
Is that right? Are you Hong Kong's new wife, or Charles's new sister?

I've...

And who are you?

Sen. Ufufu, what a lovely name. [ she sighs lightly, pulling on the fabric now. ] Yes, Carl told me about you, it's so nice to get to meet you finally. I remember my time in Vietnam. It holds a special place in my heart, you see. Being Carl's home and the last place I saw my sister until my arrival in this town.

Still though, [ she relaxes, glancing over. ] We are bound by our blood and Saya is still so very important to me. So, do not ever hate her even if you're supposed to.

[her eyes remain on Diva, and her casual, gentle tone continues even as she says:] But I don't have to try to hate you.

[ her features do not change, in fact she smiles. you hear the term hate once, every time after is a dull thud from the first until it's nothing more than something eating at the back of her mind. pushing herself up, she lets the pieces of the doll fall from her lap and onto the ground. ]
A shame, [ she turns back, although her tone is playful her features are not. ] And here I thought Carl's homeland and I could be friends.

Where do you think you're going?
Reply
The perhaps you should save yourself the trouble. [ she hums, tapping her chin. ] And simply not think on things you do not understand.

[she opens her mouth; Diva will be able to see that- quite familiarly to her- her teeth are sharp and fanged.]
I finally do. [with that, she lunges forward and grabs for Diva, aiming to slam her back-first into the snow.]
