Earlier this week was horrific. I almost left work at noon on Monday because I was so mad I thought I might just bite someones head off.
Tuesday was better
and Yesterday was better
Last night our fire alarm went off. The whole building. I was in such a deep sleep and then I was getting dressed, fumbling, and then wandering around on the sidewalk with the neighbors. Some people brought out thier pets. Some didn't even bother coming out because there was no smell. Fire fighters came. It turns out it was a burst pipe. No fire, thank God.
and now, today is not bad at all.
*sigh of release*
Almost the weekend! Payday Friday.
I am reading a really good book called "The People of the Book" about the Sarajevo Haggadeh: a famous ancient Jewish tome. Well not really about the book, it is more a collection of stories of people who owned or handled the book, and their stories are like archetypes of the times that the book survived through. It is very engrossing. Since I am almost done I thought I would ask if anyone would be interested in a trade, and if so, what book you could swap it for.
