Finding peace

Sometimes I get so caught up in all the stress of life that I forget to do the things that balance me.  I got a gentle reminder of that this week.  I'm going to make an effort to devote time to meditation and my spirituality.  This morning I did Shiva Rhea Yoga and dance trance which was so amazing and rejuvenating.

I found the following and posted it by my computer as a daily reminder.  Thought I'd share.
