Yay for jogging! It's still really hard going, but I jog all 15 minutes and it's at the higher speed of 4.0. In the last few days I've turned it up to 4.2 to get my heart rate up and then lower to 4.0 once I'm at 155. I'm drenched in sweat and stiff, but I always feel great after!

I don't know if the weight loss is typical or not, but I certainly feel better. I can feel the muscles rebuilding in my legs and I feel fitter! I was complaining to a friend about how slow the weight loss was and he replied to that by saying that at least it LOOKED like I was losing weight. And that made me happy, too.

I've taken a break from physio until the end of the month, Danielle doesn't think that I need as much supervision with my exercises- as grueling and exhausting as they are. Onwards and downwards!
