Well, here's the weekly update. Turns out that working out every day doesn't do much initially to drop your weight! By building up the muscles to then be able to lose more weight there's a period where you will gain weight as opposed to lose it. At least, that's what Rebecca told me when I looked at the scales today is dismay.
Weight:
April 23 - 230.8 lbs
April 30 - 231.6 lbs
Onwards and downwards!!!
