Jun, Sho and Aiba watched Ohno in confusion as the oldest man came rushing back to their camp. He dug through his bags, coming out with a pair of boxers and a pair of jeans, before rushing back towards the trees.
"What is he doing?" Jun asked Sho. Sho shrugged his shoulders and slapped Aiba's hands from his lap with a hissed, "We're in company!"
"We were in company last night, but that didn't stop us," Aiba giggled, making Sho sigh in frustration.
"Guys?" Ohno said, coming back out of the tree's, Nino in tow, "I have to introduce you to someone,"
"Oh my god!" Aiba cried, "A forest Hobo!"
"I'm not a Hobo, you fucking weirdo," Nino snapped as they got closer. Aiba pouted and retreated into Sho's arms, mumbling about how the Hobo was mean.
"Guys... This... Is Ninomiya Kazunari. He's... He's a merman,"
"No way!" Aiba cried, rushing forwards and grabbing Nino's thigh, "He's got legs! How can he be a mermaid?"
"Let me go," Nino said, smacking Aiba on the head and stepping backwards, "And I'm a merman, not a mermaid".
"Fiesty," Jun mumbled with a grin, "So, where's his tail?"
"When he's dry, he has these really lovel- I mean he has legs," Ohno said, "But when he's wet he has a tail,"
Jun lifted an eyebrow in disbelief, and Nino smirked, "Don't believe me, diva princess?" He said, "I'll prove it,"
Nino led them down the beach towards the ocean; Jun spluttering the entire time at being called 'diva princess'.
When they got to the waters edge, Nino pulled the jeans and boxers off of his legs (Sho slapped his hands over Aiba's eyes) and sat down on the sand. Sure enough, when the waves rushed in, covering his legs, they were replaced by a beautiful orange tail.
"Woah!" Aiba gasped, rushing towards him. Nino instantly rolled sideways, and dived into the waves and out of sight. The next moment, Aiba was soaking wet from a splash from the great tail fins.
"He's coming home with me," Ohno said, a happy smile tweaking the corners of his mouth up, "And you can't tell anyone what he is,"

"Urgh, this is horrible" Nino groaned, grasping on to Ohno's legs, his chin resting on his knee. He was sitting on the floor of the boat, curled up and looking slightly green.
"A mermaid can get sea sick?" Sho asked curiously as Nino groaned again.
"Merman" Nino corrected, "And I'm supposed to be in the sea, not floating on top of it,"
"Oh. Sorry," Sho said.
"Leader, are you sure you want him to stay with you?" Jun asked, "He's a bit of a brat,"
"You're a bit of a diva, aren't you, princess?" Nino snapped at him, "It's none of your business what I do,"
Just as Jun opened his mouth to reply, Aiba came bounding over to Nino; a bucket of water in hand.
"Time for an experiment!" He exclaimed, "If I just throw water on you, will you get your tail back?"
"Is he an idiot?" Nino asked, lifting his head to look at Ohno. Ohno smiled and Jun nodded. He turned back to face the excited Aiba.
"Yes, I will get my tail back," He said, "If it rains heavily enough, I'll get my tail back, too. If it gets a little damp, then it doesn't change. Satisfied?"
Aiba pouted, "But I wanted to experiment!"
"You're being rude!" Sho scolded. However, by the look on his face, even a simpleton could see that he wasn't angry with him.
"I thought it would have been funny," Jun said with a smirk.
Nino narrowed his eyes at Jun, but didn't say anything. He just tightened his grip around Ohno, "When will we be on land?" He groaned, burying his head inbetween Ohno's knees.
"Not long," Sho assured him, "Then it's about half an hour drive to Satoshi-kun's house,"
"Drive?" Nino asked, lifting his head, "What's that?"
"In a car.." Sho said, cocking is head to the side, "Have you been by youself around that Island for that long?"
"He is a hobo," Jun snorted.
"Fuck you," Nino snapped back.
"Are you alright, Jun-pon?" Aiba asked, "You've been cranky for a while. Tummy ache? Headache? Sexual frustration?"
Jun smacked him on the back of his head, "I'm fine. And I do not have sexual frustation,"
"Could have fooled me," Aiba giggled, dancing out of the way when Jun swung for him, "Why are you being so rude to Nino-chan, then?"
"Nino-chan?" Nino spluttered, "You can't call me that!"
Aiba pouted at him and Nino rolled his eyes with a grumbled, "Fine,"
"I'm not being rude to him," Jun snapped, getting to his feet, "I'm going inside for a bit,"

Once they all seperated after setting foot on land, Ohno led Nino to his car. Sho and Aiba were picked up by one of Sho's drivers, and Jun went his own way, without a single word to anyone.
Ohno managed to coax Nino into his car with the promises of kisses, even though the merman was slightly nervous of the huge machine infront of him.
"Tell me about your friends," Nino said as Ohno drove them home.
"Well.. Sho-kun; the muscly one; is the son of a famous politician, and his mother is a famous actress. He also works for a law firm so he's got loads of money. But he doesn't act like it, he's really generous and does things for you without you even realising. He's dating Masa-kun; the loud one; and they are completely in love with each other. I think they might even get married one day! Anyway, Masa-kun is also really gentle and loving. He's quite a lot like Sho-kun, but he's a lot more confident and excitable. Jun-kun is-"
"I don't like him," Nino interrupted, "He doesn't like me, either,"
"Jun-kun might look like that, but he's a really good person," Ohno said, glancing at Nino and trying to defend his friend.
"To you, maybe. He hates me. He sees me as a rival. And I don't like him because he's rude and wants you,"
"Don't be silly," Ohno laughed, "Jun-kun is-"
"Sorry, I won't say anything else. He's your important friend," Nino said quietly, his fingers holding onto the seatbelt as he sunk deeper into the seat.
The rest of the ride home was quiet. Ohno was feeling a little confussed, but could tell that Nino was brooding over something. Even though they had only known eachother for a few days, Ohno's heat ached everytime he thought about the merman.
"This can't be good," He thought to himself, "I'm already so in love with him that it hurts,"
"Are you-"
"I'm sorry if I-"
Nino and Ohno caught eachothers eyes when they both spoke. Ohno smiled, "Go ahead,"
Nino shook his head, "It's fine. Are we there yet?"
"Almost," Ohno said, "The next left, and we're there,"
Ohno pulled into his parking space and un-clicked his seatbelt, before heading around to the passenger side to help Nino out. He then led the merman into the block of apartments and up the stairs and to his front door.
"Welcome home," He smiled as he opened the door and stepped aside to let Nino in, "Please take good care of me,"
"L.. Likewise," Nino mumbled, his eyes wide as he stepped into the entrance.
