Hmm. So I get into work today and find they've changed the rules on me in the last two days.
We used to get 5 mins break each hour, with a 30min meal break if we were on a full shift. Today I wander in and discover I only have one break listed. A bit of poking through the internal email reveals that new policy is one break per shift, so instead of 4 5min breaks on a 5 hour shift, I get 1 20min break.
I'm not sure if I like that better or not.
Email also says "...there will be NO sewing,knitting,playing games, studying or eating meals at your work stations." Which I don't like. It's not all that clear, and also... playing games? Does this mean no solitaire, or are they talking about some other type of games? Because no solitaire is pretty much the same as no reading anything or looking at anything on the net. Am I supposed to just stare at the posters on the walls between calls?
