I wake up at three in the morning and write dialogue that is running through my head, so no, this doesn't sound weird in the least. Not all of it makes sense. (Though some of it rocks!)

Hmmm... I'm guessing that TMUTMD stands for "Tad much understanding, then more drama"... I think that'll fit any situation you could possibly be writing!
