Wait, I'm sorry. I know I have thoughts on enjoying "Don't Stop Believin'", but I'm stuck on the fact that copperbadge wrote White Collar/Sherlock fic. I think my head just exploded from the awesome. I'm going to run and read that now.

ETA: OMG... there's White Collar/Doctor Who crossover fic by him too that he just posted this morning!

Heh, don't worry, I'm sure your thoughts on enjoying "Don't Stop Believin'" vary little from everyone's thoughts on enjoying "Don't Stop Believin'," including my own.

Meanwhile, if you want some amazing Sherlock/John first-time fic, sam_storyteller's Lab Book has basically become my definition of the thing.

I'll give it a read. But I'm actually not particularly interested in Sherlock shipping fic. I can't see Sherlock as having much interest in sex or relationships. I loved Paper Chase though! So thanks for the rec! :)

I get that. Honestly, neither was I.. until I read that fic. He just really hits exactly the right tone, at least for me.

And he always writes pairings that I like! His only Heroes fic is Plaude. He has my favorite Harry Potter fic too, back when I read stuff from that fandom, and a bunch of great Torchwood and Doctor Who fics. I also noticed he has some White Collar non-crossover stuff, and I plan on checking that out.

I will be forever grateful to him for introducing me to Plaude. These days, his WC fic Exquisite is incredible, though it is quite long and will kidnap your life for a while.

I actually don't like OT3s at all. *laughs* It's fun to joke around about when watching a show, but I don't like reading about it done seriously. Mostly because I inevitably like one pairing within the OT3 more than the other two possible pairings, which just makes me not want to read about a third person intruding on my preferred relationship. I do enjoy one-off threesome fics though.

Okay, I get that. I know it's hard to find OT3s that are really well-balanced. Peter/El/Neal may not be exactly balanced (Peter's responsibility for and the control he has over Neal is a big road block), but I still find it really interesting to consider how their relationship would work.

It's not even a balance thing so much as a preference thing for me. I'm a bit OTP about the pairings I like. So when there's a third person around I just tend be like GTFO. *laughs* From a slash perspective, I think Peter's control over Neal is one of the most interesting things to explore for them. But I can't get past Peter/El.
