Jenny was more than a bit upset when it sunk in: he’d left her there, alone. Well, not alone, exactly, but still. And she couldn’t blame him, really. She had been dead, after all. But after all of what had happened, and finally winning some affection out of him, he’d left, and she had woken up a few hours later.
She was more upset than she should be, she thought, and she navigated her shuttle through space, but she felt closer to him, out in space, traveling like this. And she had a feeling she’d find him again, one day, anyway.

Jenny went on her first real date ever on a bicycle. She’d never been on one before, but she was able to ride it right away, anyway. The boy, who the woman who’d set them up described as “charming,” took her out to the country, and gave her the grand tour-a grand tour that lasted all of half an hour. He happened to be an expert, though, on the small town they were in, and somehow managed to give her the entire history of everything they passed, even the hill they cycled over (apparently the apple tree planted there was a national landmark).

Despite the fact that it seemed to all be a history lesson, Jenny throughly enjoyed the date, and decided she had to do it more often.

The Doctor didn’t have a clue why hugging the small blonde who was hugging him felt so right, but it did.
He’d found her by accident-she had been running through a swamp from a nasty looking creature, and he happened to stumble on the pair of them on a nightly stroll. He took one look at her, grabbed her hand, told her to run, and together, the two of them outran whatever wanted them for dinner.

And when he introduced himself, she gave him an odd look, but, after a minute hugged him. And, although he had no clue who she was, he found herself hugging back. It got awkward when she realized he had no clue who she was, and introduced herself as Jenny-his daughter.

That only floored him a bit.

She explained, which made things much clearer for him, and they walked for a while, until they had to go their separate ways. She smiled at him, said good-bye, and, with a laugh, promised his ears would be much smaller in his next body. And he waved, then headed back to the TARDIS.

Mr. Peanuttles regularly made his way around the TARDIS, always observing the activities of the three inhabitants. When the Master mentioned that he thought it was ridiculous that Rose and the Doctor insisted on bringing the bear wherever they were for the night, that only seemed to encourage them, and Mr. Peanuttles traveled much more frequently, often finding himself stuffed places like the Master’s boxers or on his headboard.

He much preferred the second place, really. Too bad he couldn’t talk. He always was glad, though, that Rose and the Doctor (and sometimes the Master, thinking that the bear was “creepy”) insisted on covering him up whenever anything happened near him. There are some things that even bears aren’t meant to see.

9--Day and Night (Billie Piper)/Professor and Ace lotsofrunning June 12 2008, 07:09:05 UTC
“Do you ever sleep?” Ace asked, walking into the console room one morning to see the Professor wide awake and bouncing around, as normal. She really did find herself wondering if he was awake all day and night.

He blinked at her. “Why would I do that?”

Ace blinked back. “Sleeping is good,” she said, yawning a bit. “Y’know, recharging the body and things like that.”

“There are better things to do than sleep,” he was pressing buttons, clearing finding them their next destination. “Day and night, Ace, there’s so much time to do so many things, and you humans just sleep through it all!”

Ace rolled her eyes, then walked out of the console room, to get some tea. As much as she loved traveling with him, sometimes she wondered what she had gotten herself into.
