You are supposed to submit them as comments to the prompt post (exactly the same way legendland works), so tagging is not possible.

I would recommend that you title, as a titled drabble will stand out more to voters, but they are not necessary as each drabble will be assigned a number in addition to title in the voting post.

So long as it's clearly based off of the image, it counts. It doesn't have to be from that specific scene. Think of it the same way you would if I had given you the prompt in words: "Zedd, Richard, and Kahlan standing in a building." ^_^
