...could 'Author Blacklist' be changed to something like 'Author Opt Out'? It's just that 'blacklist' suggests you've banned them from being nominated for being naughty :)
The list will also encompass authors that have been banned for being naughty. We chose to host the lists together so as not to publicly shame any authors that are banned. Further, it will fit in with the lists of fic ('Category Blacklist' etc) that are ineligible because of past wins. 'Blacklist' is just a convenient catch all term that makes titling things easier for us. ^_^

Note that authors that frequently cause problems (cheating; disruptive conduct; etc) may be black listed from a round of the awards, but will never be banned from more than one round unless they commit subsequent offenses. No notation will be made to indicate which authors were barred for conduct and which elected not to participate.
