Pimp!Post: Help the South
As some of you know, I am from Mississippi, and I was recently trapped in my house by flooding for several days, not to mention being sporadically without power, cable, or internet. Unfortunately, I am one of the lucky ones.
This fandom auction community has just opened and will soon be offering auctions to raise funds to help the affected region of the United States. Many of us had only just completely recovered from Hurricane Katrina - my home town had only recently rebuilt a landmark that had stood for generations, only to have it knocked down again.
I will be offering my vidding and writing abilities for auction as soon as the auction thread opens in the Seeker, Harry Potter, Inuyasha, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Lois and Clark fandoms, and I hope some of you will do the same, or turn out to bid on me. Thank you.
