I've been 100% behind the idea ever since some fans came up with it, but the WW movie would have to be a go first. Which WB is not willing to do right now. Their words, if I recall correctly, was something along the lines of 'no female superhero movies in the near future.'

However, *if* Green Lantern does well (and the Flash movie as well, I'm not sure if it's confirmed yet), the JLA movie might be greenlit - in which case there is the possibility of having WW on screen. *crosses fingers*

Yeah, I figured if we were lucky, we could have a JLA movie, then BR has a shot at WW. Good news? We have more time to make a fuss about the idea. ;)

Yeah, I'm hoping it works out for the best, though I personally think Wondy deserves a movie of her own (and B. should star in it, obvs). :D

WW def deserves her own! We just have to convince them, or rather "Them", of that! LOL

And oh, yeah - I have that Batgirl Year One. :) A fav. Love the subtext with Babs and Canary. ;) I'm a subtext seeking missile. If I don't find it, I'll make it up!

Subtext? Babs and Dinah are practically canon in Birds of Prey! :D

Yeah!! But in "Year One" they've just met, and Canary is still (very much) with Ollie and Babs is not Oracle, and I just giggle at how much of a kick ass *pair* they are already in this one, without any actual text to support it...hence: subtext! :D
