Banners for the winners of Challenge 31. About time, huh? I'm so so very sorry for making you all wait so long to find out who won. The community will be back up and running very soon!
The judging for Challenge 32 will be wrapped up shortly.
Challenge 33 only had 3 entries so all participants will get banners.
There were no entries for Challenge 34.
There was only one finished story for Challenge 35 so the only participating team there will receive a banner shortly.
First Place goes to
ingve9It doesn't start with the picture but takes its time to get there. The tension between the photographer and Dom was clear and almost tangible. You could feel the longing from Dom to be who he is, and not what everyone wants him to be.
Second Place goes to
ogreatitskateIt described the nuances of the pictures so clearly. It gave them context. Wonderful writing. The writing was beautifully descriptive, but not so bogged down with details that it lost it's punch.
Third Place goes to
pippinmctaggartIt just seemed to fit so well. The twist at the end with Dom not even looking at him just added that perfect touch to the story. The writing style was easy to read and well done, felt like Billy was telling his grandkids how he and the mister fell in love.
Honourable Mention goes to
light_the_sky76Beautifully told from an outside POV. She put into words perfectly what happens with a change in relationship.

note
Comments are screened so people can express their opinions. If you just want to leave someone some kind words, go at it. The comment will be unscreened, as kind words are lovely. On the other side, if you feel as if you were done some injustice, speak up. If you just want to rant to get something off your chest, go right ahead. No one else will see the comment. If you want a response to your comment, leave an email address so one of the judges can get back to you. We won't go out of our way to explain why we chose the fics we did, but if we can offer some sort of consolation, we will.
