Sean / Orlando fic

I am trying to find a fic with Orlando and Sean as main pairing.
Orlando has just lost his mum (she was not very nice woman) and Sean is his neighbour.
Orlando's mum had a building of which he didn't know nothing about it.
Sean and Orlando get together and Sean got trapped in a snow storm or something like that.
