LOTR Gandalf/Legolas fic series
Quite awhile ago, I ran across an LOTR au that was about Gandalf/Legolas. The first story dealt with Gandalf arriving at Mirkwood to speak with Thiranduil. He accidentally runs across a very young elfling - Legolas - who is being neglected by his father. Eventually Gandalf decides to take Legolas (who he 'won' from his father).
Gandalf takes Legolas to Rivendell to live. They are pursued by Thiranduil's guards. However the Head Guard pretends to not see Legolas (a large portion of the Mirkwood elves are fond of Legolas).
There are several stories either completed or planned - including one that talks about his Gandalf came to be the one to help with Legolas hair.
Does this ring a bell for anyone? ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.
