lost legolas fic

Okay I have lost the name of a fic I read years ago. Legolas was doing something in mirkwook and got hurt, fell into a river I think, and was rescued by a dark haired elf. said elf could fight with two long swords and had a scar on his right wrist. I can't remember what happens but somehow on the way back he gets hurt and when they arrive in the woodland realm Elrond is there trying to calm Thranduil down. the elf faints and turns out to be Maedhros in disguise.I remember him saying something to Elrond like "when did Elros return to you" or something because he was seeing double. I think his false name was something like Rossnor or something to that effect.
I know it is on FF.net I just cannot for the life of me remember the name of the story. please help me find it.
