Orlando as a bad influence

So there's a story I read ages ago where other members of the fellowship thinking Orlando is a bad influence on Elijah. In particular I remember I scene at a bar where Orlando is trying to keep Elijah from drinking to much and the others interpret his actions in the opposite way - they think he's getting Elijah drunk on purpose. I think it ended up slash with vigorli but I'm not sure on this.

Hopefully someone remembers this story.

I'd also be interested in other stories with similar themes - others get the wrong impression of Orlando - that he's irresponsible, a drug addict when it's necessary pain medication, a bad influence on others etc.
