Cheetahs??

I remember reading this one story I'm not sure of the author, but I need help finding it again. Its a little out there, but I liked it. Viggo and Orlando were I think cheetahs, or some other big cat and they end up together. I think Eric (Bana) was Orlando's brother, and Sean was Viggo's friend - also cheetahs. It starts off with one of those pairs meeting the other in need of water or food if I'm remembering correctly, and they end up hunting and living together. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
