I found myself especially enjoying the stories where besides MAIN pairing VigOrli, there're other cast members getting involved ;) Needn't to be everybody to the last stuntman - hitting on Peter Jackson, but it's nice to have a one side-pairing as well. Any pairing could do actually but no triagle VM/OB/another, pls. This couple is my ship

For the second pairing... how long have you been in the fandom? Just in order not to rec things youì've surely read already. :)

Nuseowens more often than not has a second pairing in her fics and they're all excellent: 'how to seduce an older man' has a bean/eric bana, 'Imitation of life' has bean/miranda (or is it cate?).

I am here only since spring and haven't read much at all. However i have read one of Silvan Lady's story. She is mentioned in Nuseowens LJ as a sometime co-writer. But nuseowens is new to me. Her LJ is open btw and it's a LOT in there! Thanks for your recs above but sure I'd like to hear more if you have it to say. I am not very up for het X) but Bean/Miranda I'll probably look up, like her being Miranda, not Eyowin :) She is hot.
Any "canon" side-pairing like Dom/Billy, Lij/Sean you have read? )

Bailey I read on Brokeback long time ago and just saved Vigil (her?) but have not read yet.

To conclude - a GOOD story with ANY side-pairing better than..well, so-so story with Sean/Ljih :)))))

But hobbits for some weird reason are more fun, thou not in het pairings ^_^
