Looking for a V/O fic

I remember there was this really, really hot fic where Orlando had fantasies about having sex with/being raped by a stranger with Viggo watching, but not interfering. They even discussed this with their shrink who told them to go for it (as a kind of couple therapy ?) if both of them actually wanted it. I believe it was either Karl, or more likely Eric, who then kind of raped Orlando while Viggo was watching from a chair (he was either handcuffed or bound). In the end, Karl/Eric released Viggo who then had sex with Orlando, too and both were happy (because they now knew how much they loved each other).
Does this ring a bell with anyone? I have no idea who wrote the fic or what what is was called. Pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated because did I mention it already? That fic was HOT.
