Question about credit cards and supported territories

Sorry to bother you, but I have an important question regarding my ability to actually play the game for longer than a month.
Here's the situation: I live in the Philippines, and am trying my best to find a copy of the game to play it. However, I just realized that no one sells the prepaid cards here which would allow me to top-up my account. Instead, I have to go any pay for it using a credit card. Thing is, I don't know if the Philippines is an accepted territory for paying for my subscription. I also wanted to know how I could pay for the subscription time using a credit card if my country isn't in the supported list of territories for the game.
I know it's a bit much to ask, but I can't seem to make an account at the moment to download the free trial and ask myself, so if any of you could kindly post on the LOTRO forums on my behalf, and ask for an answer from Turbine, themselves, I'd really appreciate it. I've been itching to play this game for the past month or so, and have been looking for a copy to play with.
